Fleet Workshop Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Fleet Workshop Supervisor who is fully qualified in a vehicle related trade with previous supervisory experience in a fast moving vehicle workshop environment. The main duties will include work allocation and supervision of staff, providing technical reports, adhering to O' Licence criteria and liaising with internal/external customers/contractors.  The successful candidate should have good communication skills are required as well as basic I.T. skills in excel/word applications. Internal training will be provided on GCC internal fleet management systems. A qualification in a vehicle related trade with relevant experience in a busy vehicle workshop environment, Health and Safety and Risk Assessment Training and a current driving licence are essential.  A LGV licence or category C/D or E licence is desirable. A three shift system is currently in operation Dayshift/Backshift/Nightshift.
