Job Description
Glasgow City Council are expanding their job evaluation team to support the development of a new pay and grading structure. Working within the parameters of the SJC Job Evaluation Scheme 3rd Edition, Job Analysts will attend and support job evaluation interviews, verify interview outcomes, ensure consistency of scheme application, and undertake required supporting activities.
Successful candidates will be provided with the necessary training and will be required to work flexibly to meet the demands of the project.

This post is temporary up to 31/12/2026.
