You’ll receive a package of training including management skills and training relevant to your projects which could include Lean SixSigma, Project Management, Agile, Design, Innovation, Data Analysis, EFQM, and Business Agility. You’ll also have a senior manager as a mentor who’ll act as a sounding board as well as providing feedback, encouragement and support.
