Job Purpose:

• To maintain, as far as practical, in good working order all machinery, electrics, hydraulics, fire appliances, etc
• The safe operation of the vessel ensuring safety of passengers, crew and protection of the environment

Salary after consolidation for shift pattern is £38,000 - £42,000. Boatmasters licence preferred.

 Salary shift enhancements apply for Ferry staff appointments.

Requirements

Boat Master’s Licence Grade II would be preferred but training can be made available to work towards this qualification.
