We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful executive with a proven ability to lead and inspire. With a clear and compelling vision for building upon the excellent education service delivered in the Highlands you will continue to drive forward improvements. You will deliver robust strategic direction and engagement with stakeholders and develop a positive and effective interface with elected members.
We are ambitious for our children and with overall responsibility for 179 primary schools and 29 secondary schools serving over 30,000 pupils you will be committed to fostering all Highland children’s achievement.
You will be joining a high performing successful organisation located in a unique part of the country, a removal and relocation package of up to £6,500 is available.
You should have significant senior leadership experience, preferably gained in the public sector. This role will present you the opportunity to shape the future for our children and evidence lasting impact to the sustainability of the Highlands.
