Salary:           £46,209.80 - £50,559.60 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job  Purpose: We are looking for an experienced, capable and proactive Property Manager to be part of our progressive team working within the Council’s Improvement and Transformational Programme. You will play a key role in contributing to the creation of a more effective property estate across the Highlands that supports our services, staff and customers.

Working alongside other professionals within the programme, you will have a leading role in identifying and bringing about property solutions that will support modern services and delivery for our staff and customers. Self-motivation and excellent communication skills are required as effective relationships with senior managers, elected Members and partner organisations are paramount within this role. If you are innovative and forward thinking, have an ability to lead others through change, and would relish shaping how the Council will deliver its services in the future, then we want to hear from you.

This post is located within our Housing & Property Service and you will report directly to the Corporate Property Asset Manager. This post may be delivered through home-working or based in one of our Council offices across the Highlands, dependent on current Government guidance.
