Salary range starts from £21,463.93 to £25,454.16 p.a.
Applications are invited from candidates who are able to meet the entry requirements for a course leading to full professional membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Typically you will be educated to SCE Higher Level and have a genuine interest in property.
You will be self-motivated and prepared to commit to completing the required academic course work for the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence within an agreed time frame.
This post will be based in our Inverness Office.
For this post good interpersonal, communication and computer skills are essential. You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within the valuation area to meet the operational needs of the department.
You will be required to undertake a Basic Disclosure Check.
