Inverclyde Health and Social Care Partnership is looking to recruit a number of posts as we undergo a period of significant change and service redesign to deliver a modern, efficient, customer-focused homeless service.

A key change to our service is the implementation of a new in-house support team. Working to the principles of Housing First as a Rapid Rehousing Support Worker you will play a vital role as part of our new support team.  You will support some of our most disadvantaged and vulnerable service users to break their cycle of homelessness, secure a permanent tenancy and provide ongoing, grassroots support to help individuals achieve a settled home.

Reporting to the Wellbeing Co-ordinator, a person-centred, empathetic and non-judgemental attitude are key, alongside a realistic, proactive and assertive outreach approach to engagement.

This is an exciting and challenging role and we would welcome applications from those with a positive can-do attitude who are interested in making a difference within our local community.
