EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Jobholders must be educated to SVQ level 3/ in a relevant subject such as HNC Information Technology, Information Management, Business Information Systems, or evidence of quivalent competency along with evidence of numeracy and literacy at Higher Grade.
Evidence of advanced MS Excel skills.
Evidence developed interpersonal skills to agree and implement changes in procedures.
An understanding of the relevant legislation associated with the retention of information.
Evidence of the ability to produce and manipulate data for a variety of uses using various query and reporting tools.
Previous Systems Administration experience including the provision of helpdesk service to colleagues and other stakeholders
Experience of the delivery of staff training.
Experience in the design and production of training/procedural/guidance documentation.
