Assist the Kitchen Cook Supervisor in the day to day operational requirements of the kitchen including the basic food preparation, serving of all foods, cleaning, maintenance and check of equipment.

Post holders must have experience of food production within a catering unit and a sound knowledge of health and safety practices within a kitchen environment.  Communication skills are essential, as interaction with staff and clients is a key aspect of this post.
