We’re looking for an experienced social care manager to join the North Ayrshire Learning Disability Team as Day Opportunities Manager. The Day Opportunities Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of our Trindlemoss Day Opportunities and leads a team of social care practitioners to deliver person centred and outcome focused opportunities to adults with a learning disability in North Ayrshire. This is an exciting time of change and you’ll have the opportunity to co-design and work alongside all key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of exceptional opportunities. Working alongside the integrated team in North Ayrshire you will ensure that day opportunities are reflective of and responsive to the needs of people and will creatively seek ways to develop and maintain opportunities that ensure individuals achieve their personal outcomes.
