An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint Officer to join our Transformation Team at North Ayrshire Council. Reporting to the Digital Project Manager, you will join our Office 365 Project Team as a lead in SharePoint Online and all things Office 365, offering support with the implementation and maintenance of our Office 365 & SharePoint systems across the Council.

We are in an exciting position as we move Council data and systems to Office 365 transforming the way we work, communicate and collaborate.

The successful Office 365 and SharePoint Officer will therefore play a key part in the rollout of Office365 and the move to SharePoint Online. You will work closely with core stakeholders to understand their requirements, then work as our subject matter expert to lead in the design, implementation then maintenance and performance management of our new SharePoint environment.

You will also contribute to accelerating the adoption of SharePoint and Office365 and ensuring as much benefit as possible is extracted from the new environment.

Location: Based at North Ayrshire Council’s head office in Irvine KA12 8EE. Some travel may be required and flexible working is supported in delivering this post.
