IT services Customer Solutions Team are recruiting a Project Officer. Customer Solutions is based around the idea of putting our customers at the centre of everything we do. As the first line of contact for our customers, you will establish relationships with customers, working closely with them assisting with our projects, and above all, providing an amazing customer experience!
If you enjoy working with people and have a passion for technology, this is the role for you. You may have knowledge of project management and have potentially assisted in projects in a previous role and you are also eager to learn new skills that will embed you into our complete customer journey. There is potential for extra hours in this role.
What you'll be doing: Assist with Customer Team Projects, collating information, liaising with project teams, ensuring objectives are met and supporting the Senior Customer Officer with project documentation similar to Risk Register.
Project Plans and Requirement Gathering Experience: Some knowledge of project management, experience in a customer service, flexible thinker, capable of grasping new procedures quickly and adaptable to change.
This role must be 3.5 hrs 5 days per week either mornings or afternoons project support is required 5 days
