Exciting opportunities have arisen to join our teams at providing first class service to customers at our arts and entertainment events.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to work at our bars and kiosks when events and shows are running within various locations throughout North Lanarkshire.

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager your main duties will including providing excellent customer care serving customers in a timely and courteous manner. You will ensure quality hospitality and service to all our customers and maintain hygiene standards clearing tables and bar areas as required. You will stock display counters and maintain presentation of display along with stock rotation as necessary.

You should have previous customer service experience which ideally includes cash handling, helping with customer enquiries and also have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as being able to work on your own initiative and also work as part of a team. On the job training will be provided.

These are casual roles with no fixed hours or working pattern but applicants should be willing to work daytime, evenings, weekends and public holidays and also be willing to attend training sessions.

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
