As part of the Technical Field Services team within Business and Digital, you will be based at the ICT & Technical Service Centre, Towers Rd, Airdrie. Reporting to the Depute Service Manager, you will undertake a range of administrative tasks in support of the delivery of a comprehensive technical support service. Key tasks include arranging access to council systems, preparation of correspondence, ICT purchasing and maintaining databases in line with council policy.
It is essential that you have experience of carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks and use of computer systems preferably including SEEMiS, ServiceNow, spreadsheets and databases. In addition you should be educated to standard grade level, or equivalent.
You should also be customer focused with good organisational and time management skills with an interest in new technology development.
You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Group Scheme (PVG) member prior to starting this post.
The working pattern for this post is Monday to Friday 13:00 – 16:30 however discussions are welcome from candidates regarding flexibility to this pattern.
