We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focussed individual to join the Talent and Organisational Development team as a Learning Technologies Lead based within the Edward Lawson Centre in Wishaw.
This newly created post will work with the Leader and Talent Development Manager to create, develop and deliver dynamic, innovative and exciting digital learning solutions to support the Plan for North Lanarkshire and workforce for the future strategy. We need a solutions focussed, innovative and creative thinker as you will be responsible for developing and managing our learning management system to ensure it provides an enhanced learning provision across the Council. In addition, you will also create engaging and innovative e-learning content to allow our employees to embrace new ways of learning.
A degree/HND/SVQ level 4 in a relevant discipline is essential as is experience in developing creative and engaging online interactive solutions as well as developing and supporting learning technology solutions. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and employees. A knowledge of the latest trends in digital learning would be desirable.
