We are looking for someone who shares our passion for all things digital, is technically minded with a keen interest in the latest technological developments to help us lead on our organisation’s technology focused workstreams.

As the Senior Officer, you will have a lead role supporting and developing our new team to deliver technology across North Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership, working with colleagues and partners to ensure it becomes embedded across the partnership.  We aim to deliver true coproduction between NLC, 3rd sector, private sector and communities around technology.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing technology developments, forming policies and procedures, attending relevant meetings and workgroups, providing and supporting data relating to technology throughout the organisation and building and developing close links with our Performance Team and BI hub.

We are looking for someone who has an innovative and collaborative mindset and a strong business acumen, good leadership skills and exceptional technical and interpersonal skills. Experience in project management lifecycle is desirable.

Applicants must hold a professional or academic qualification ie Diploma in Social Work or equivalent, BSc Occupational Therapy/Diploma in Community Occupational Therapy, Professional Nursing Qualification or a general degree in a relevant subject.  Applicants who hold a professional qualification should be registered with the appropriate professional body.  A post qualifying Management qualification to certificate level is also desirable.

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip.  You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
