This is a Housing Officer role within the Mobile Team based in Pullar House, Perth.
You will work as part of a small team and will report to and support the Team Leader in providing a comprehensive housing garage site and lock up management service, to tenants and residents in your area.
You will ensure that all sites are in a good state of repair and the land and stock is being used to the best advantage of the local community, you will provide accurate and relevant advice and guidance to help tenants to manage and sustain their tenancies.
The services you will provide in your area include estate management, rent accounting and arrears control, tenancy management, garage site, block & chain and lock up advice, assistance and information.
You must have the ability to support service delivery by undertaking a range of specialist tasks and activities to ensure effective delivery of services.
You will have knowledge and understanding of financial processes and transactions to process data and undertake a wide range of financial activities and ensure others follow the correct processes, procedures and regulations.
You will help to create vibrant, attractive, safe and sustainable neighbourhoods and communities.
Candidates should ideally hold a Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3/4 Certificate/Diploma in Housing Practice or relevant equivalent; have experience of working in housing and or related environment; be computer literate with proven IT skills.
You must hold a clean current driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work use to undertake this role.
You will work Monday to Friday from 8.45am-5pm but will participate in a flexi scheme.

Requirements
Candidates should ideally hold a Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3/4 Certificate/Diploma in Housing Practice or relevant equivalent; have experience of working in housing and or related environment and be computer literate with proven IT skills.
You must have a valid driving licence as this post requires you to travel to a variety of locations across Perth and Kinross.
