Pullar House, 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth
As Mailroom Assistant, you will provide an efficient and effective mailroom service at Perth & Kinross Council’s offices at Pullar House in Perth.
You will assist with sorting and distributing incoming mail using large volume scanning equipment and prepare outgoing mail for collection by Royal Mail.
You will assist with back scanning Council documents and files. The working days for this post will be Thursdays and Fridays.
You will ideally have experience of mailroom duties or mail sorting with a polite manner, be enthusiastic and have strong customer care skills.
