Oakbank Primary School, Perth
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to join our busy school team at Oakbank Primary Monday to Friday from 10am to 1.30pm (17.5 hours).
Your main duties will involve a range of administrative tasks including filing, answering telephone, checking emails, school dinners system, supervising children and carrying out first aid as and when required (training will be provided).
This is a varied role undertaking duties that support the school's operational function.
Ideally you should have experience of working in a school setting. Knowledge of administrative skills and IT would be beneficial. As the successful candidate, you must have excellent communication and organisational skills to support the operation of the school office as well as being able to work well in a team.
In a busy school environment you should be able to work well under pressure whilst remaining calm and positive.
The role may involve supporting children in a social setting at play-times and lunchtimes, therefore training in First Aid and knowledge of Child Protection procedures is desirable.
