Senior Clerical Assistant, JELS (PKC06366)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work as part of a busy team and assist the Joint Equipment Loan Service Co-ordinator (JELS) in the provision of an efficient and effective equipment distribution service for Occupational Therapy, Community Nursing, Physiotherapy and Telecare Equipment Services.
Hours of work are Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, 08:45-12:45, we are happy to negotiate with the successful candidate.
You will provide clerical support for the JELS and you will be able to showcase your experience in terms of working efficiently and effectively in a clerical/administrative role.
The ability to work under pressure while retaining attention to detail is essential. You will also have excellent communication and organisational skills while being able to prioritise workloads according to operational deadlines.
You will demonstrate a real commitment to meeting the needs of internal and external customers in a courteous and helpful manner while delivering excellent customer service.
You must also have experience in using Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel. Experience in using databases such as Elms, Swift and Pecos are desirable but not essential as training will be given.
