Based at Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley

The post will be on a fixed term temporary basis for a period of two years, subject to business needs and funding.

You will have responsibility for the development of key HR & OD systems and processes which allow analysis of strategic workforce planning information aimed at supporting the outcomes of the Council’s OD Strategy. You will also support the council’s job evaluation process by carrying out evaluations in accordance with the Scottish Council’s Job Evaluation Scheme.It is essential that you possess an SVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or have equivalent relevant experience, together with previous advanced experience in a HR environment, focusing on analysis and design and that you have experience of interrogating HR/payroll systems.

You must also have the ability to analyse and present management information and have a knowledge of GDPR and other relevant legislation in relation to data information and systems.

You must have the ability to demonstrate effective analytical skills and competency in Microsoft packages and have effective interpersonal and communication skills and be able to clearly present complex information to a range of audiences.If successful, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure Scotland check, the level of check will be determined by the duties of the post.
