Role Purpose

This is a key role within Property Services providing costed condition surveys of the Council’s property portfolio. The condition surveys are a key source of information to assist in the development and implementation of the Corporate Property Asset Strategy & Management Plan and the delivery of the Corporate Landlord model for Scottish Borders Council.

Essential

BSc (Hons) or equivalent in a relevant construction/building surveying discipline. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
