Hours of work mainly Monday to Friday during the day but some regular evening/weekend work will be required.

Interviews will take place by Teams mid/end of November.

Role Purpose

As a member of the Local Area Co-ordination Team, you will work in partnership with adults who have learning disabilities , carers and other community organisations to enable those who experience cognitive issues to live an active, more connected and purposeful life in their community.
This will include the provision of direct support to enable people to access a range of opportunities and to develop their social networks.

Essential

SVQ Level 2/equivalent qualification or equivalent relevant experience.

A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.*
