A vacancy has become available within SBC Contracts for a Contracts Manager. The post is responsible for the Management and delivery of Civil operations for both internal and external clients. The expectations of the post requires multiple levels of experience in Hard/Soft landscaping operations, House Plot works, New Drainage Systems Installations, Bridge Refurbishments and general Road/Footway/Cycleway construction works. The applicants require the ability to operate in a high pressured environment to return high quality works safely. Educated to degree, HND or HNC level in a relevant discipline or evidence of comparable experience and training.
Attain SVQ Level 4 in Construction Contracting or a relevant within 2 years of being appointed
A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
