A vacancy has arisen in Peebles Contact Centre, with periodic cover of Innerleithen Library Contact Centre. The post is for 14 hours per week working on a Thursday and Friday and the successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills.
At least 5 SCE Standard Grades at level 3 or above (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics or Arithmetic.
Commitment and ability to achieve an appropriate level of Customer Service qualification or
SVQ level 2.
