Due to our Contact Centres and Library Contact Centres re-opening we have posts in Jedburgh/Kelso, Hawick, Galashiels, Duns/Eyemouth.
If you are a fast learner with excellent customer service skills please apply, we can be flexible with hours and days of work to suit the right candidate.
At least 5 SCE Standard Grades at level 3 or above (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics or Arithmetic.
Commitment and ability to achieve an appropriate level of Customer Service qualification or SVQ level 2.
