Role Purpose

A Vacancy has arisen To undertake the quantity surveying activities within SBc Contracts associated with the delivery of engineering infrastructure construction and general building works for the Council and other parties.

Where this is a requirement for the successful candidate to work from home as part of the role you will be provided with the necessary IT equipment by the Council, however, you will be responsible for the provision of any required furniture.

Essential

Educated to degree level, HND or HNC level in a relevant discipline or evidence of comparable experience and training. SVQ Level 3 in Construction Contracting Operations (Surveying) or attain the qualification within 2 years of being appointed.

*A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
