Role Purpose

SBCares is looking for an experienced manager to join our service management team. This person will join the current service management team and assist in ensuring that a quality care service is being provided across the Scottish Borders.

The post holder will be responsible for the management and development of a range of Adult Care Services which include residential, day and community based provision.  The post holder will support and drive the substantial change agenda associated with improving the standard and availability of adult services ensuring that services are robust, high quality and have a client outcome focus.

Essential

Educated to degree level or equivalent.
A recognised and relevant vocational or management qualification at SVQ 4. 

A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.*
