Job Description
What is the role?
Support the Locality Planning process through engagement and capacity building with neighbourhoods and communities.
Work with Health and Social Care strategic and operational staff, partners and the wider public networks to develop planning and related work at a locality level with particular reference to Locality Planning Partnership groups.
