Job Description
Hours: 14 Hours per Week (Thursday and Friday)
An exciting opportunity has arisen which requires a self-motivated individual, with strong organisational skills, to provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Housing Services Manager and Housing Services Team within the local Housing Office.
You will undertake a wide range of administrative duties in accordance with predetermined procedures, working to targets and deadlines. You will also be involved in liaising with a broad range of departments, customers and elected members. It is essential therefore that you possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to the principles of customer care.
You will be required to demonstrate excellent IT skills including, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. You will also be required to demonstrate previous experience of minute taking and maintaining manual and electronic filing systems.
This role requires that you have the ability, to organise and prioritise workload in an effective way and to respond and adapt to changing priorities required in delivering a quality service.
