Job Description

Drymen Primary is looking for an enthusiastic, skilled administrative assistant to join our staff team to support our school to run smoothly and effectively. You must have had experience of working in an office and have a clear understanding of office practice, budget monitoring, financial/cash handling and meeting deadlines. You will be responsible for general administration of school records, financial record keeping and office services including maintenance of the school filing systems. We are looking for someone who has good organisational skills and understands the importance of confidentiality. We are looking for someone who is able to use their initiative and discretion where appropriate. The successful candidate will be used to working with children and their families and have good communication and interpersonal skills. You will be keen to pursue your own career development.

Interviews will be held in the afternoon of Tuesday 28 January 2020.
