Job Description

This is an exciting entry level HR Intern position which will support the HR Team, and is an excellent learning opportunity for a graduate to gain experience within a busy HR public sector setting.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Arranging meetings
• Preparation of letters and documents
• Supporting managers and employees at meetings
• Arranging referrals to Occupational Health
• Undertaking other HR related project work

You will be educated to Degree level which includes Human Resource Management. It is essential that you are organised and able to work to deadlines, are proactive and able to use your initiative. You will be professional and discrete in dealing with confidential and sometimes sensitive/personal information, and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

As a team we ourselves are adapting to working in a Hybrid style, and though we have not figured out our long term balance, it’s likely we will be in the office up to 2/3 days a week depending on our customers, our Services, and also our own needs. So helping us develop our own future ways of working is something you could contribute to.

A current full driving licence is desirable.
