Job Description

This is a fixed term post until 31st August 2023.

We are recruiting Business Change Implementation Leads (x2) to implement change, improvements and recommendations identified during a series of service reviews. It’s an important role so if you have a proven track record in successfully implementing change then this could be the team for you.

You will be based within the Digital Team (part of the wider Organisational Development, Change & Digital Team) but you will work directly with the Management Team across a range of Council areas from Waste Services to Building Services and beyond.

You will work with the Service Manager to prioritise and plan the implementation of improvements and develop a project plan to support this,  search for additional opportunities to improve the service user’s journey whilst streamlining work
related processes, lead on the change management and project management aspects of the implementations engaging with service users and employees in a timely and effective way, Provide progress updates to the Service Manager, Chief Officer, Project Board, Committee/Council, Trades Union and other areas as required.
