Job Description

We have multiple vacancies across WDC's generic ICT 1st Line Support Analyst roles which are available in the following teams; Business Applications, Server, Network, Device, Service Desk, Security and Project Implementation. This generic role provides a wonderful and exciting opportunity for employees to move between the various teams to gain exposure to a range of skills, tasks, training and development.

Even if you don't have the required experience or qualification to be an analyst yet, we are still encouraging you to apply as we have alternate roles such as ICT Service Desk Assistant, ICT Service Centre Assistant,  ICT Support Administrator, where the successful candidates will rotate between the various teams outlined above and given the required in house and external training to develop these candidates to enable them to apply for an analyst role within an estimated 12-24 month period.

There are both permanent and fixed term (with possibility of permanent) opportunities available.

Placing on the salary scale will be dependent on qualifications and experience with Assistant roles being grade 3 (starting salary of £20822) rising to Analyst roles at Grade 5 (starting salary £26150).
