West Lothian Careline deal with emergency response calls from residents of West Lothian who have smart technology within their homes. You will use your initiative to assess a situation and act accordingly; this must be carried out timelessly and with minimum of delay. They must be able to ensure that any potential or actual threat to customer’s safety is dealt with in a confident and supportive manner.
You are expected to remain calm, sympathetic and supportive while dealing with both routine and emergency situations.
Therefore, we are looking for outgoing, confident, hardworking and reliable people who want to succeed in customer services. You must be customer focused, target driven and enjoy working in a challenging but rewarding environment. Contact Centre experience would be great but isn't essential.
Successful applicants must be available to attend an Information Evening on the evening of 11thJune 2020. Interview shortlists will take place week commenting 22ndJune 2016 Please note that no further dates have been set aside for either the assessment event nor the interview.
