HR Officer x2

Fixed term,

Post 1 – 28 hours per week until 31 December 2025

Post 2 - 35 hours per week until 31 July 2025

Salary: Grade 4 £31,920 - £34,332 per annum pro rata

Working within a fast paced and demanding environment, you will provide initial HR advice and support in relation to all areas of the HR function including; recruitment and selection, absence management, performance management, flexible working, maternity/paternity and on employee relations matters.

The ideal candidate will:

- possess a relevant Degree in Human Resources (or equivalent relevant qualification);

- ideally have the CIPD qualification at level 3 and working towards your level 5 qualification.

- have experience of working within a busy HR function at a similar level;

- have experience of working an HR system (including date entry, production of reports and analysis of data);

- have the ability to manage conflicting priorities, whilst working to tight deadlines;

- excellent organisational skills and have an attention to detail.

- be able to build effective working relationships with managers and trade union representatives; and

- have an up to date working knowledge employment legislation.
