Operations Assistant - Customer Engagement Team
35 hours per week (Fixed Term until March 2021)
Salary: £20,682 to £21,954 per annum
We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Engagement Team (Operations) for the post of Operations Assistant in our Kingsway Campus.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the varied services provided by the Customer Engagement Team and the knowledge, skills and experience required in a demanding office environment where customer care is paramount. Applicants require excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills and should have a working knowledge of Office based applications.
Working within this multi-skilled team you will provide administration support to a range of income generating activities.
