We are recruiting an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead. You will be the primary contact and lead on the proactive efforts to ensure a diverse student body and workforce across the college.

What you can offer us

You will be qualified to degree level or equivalent, ideally with experience of working in an educational or medium to large organisation. You will have demonstrable knowledge and experience of EDI best practice and legislation including the Public Sector Equality Duty. The role is wide and in itself diverse and you are the authority on EDI for our staff and students. You will work across the College to drive improvement and embed a more diverse culture at the college. You will both support and advise individuals as well as creating an open dialogue across all faculties, ensuring that we are a diverse and successful college.
