This is a fantastic opportunity to join our busy and supportive team. In this role you will be responsible for providing a full range of HR casework support, ensuring a high-level service is provided to managers and employees. You need to be flexible in your approach and a dedicated team player.
You'll be CIPD qualified or, as a minimum, studying towards qualification coupled with practical, hands-on operational experience in an HR Advisory capacity. With excellent organisational skills and a proactive, service led approach to HR, you'll be confident developing relationships at all levels. To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have solid generalist HR experience and strong employee relations and employment law knowledge is key to be able to carry out the role effectively. You will have a desire and the confidence to work independently as well as contributing to the wider HR and OD team.
