Edinburgh College is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified person to take up the exciting post of Student Services Assistant.


The main responsibilities of the role will include the provision of abroad range of information to students, prospective students, and external organisations. You will be required to provide frontline reception services and undertake general administration tasks to support the work of the Student Experience team.


Educated to a minimum of SVQ Level 2 or equivalent, you will have an awareness of the issues affecting students in a Further Education setting and an ability to communicate appropriately with a broad spectrum of customers is essential. You will have experience of providing first line information and advice and of working in a customer service environment, and will have proven experience of administration, system and record keeping procedures.
