Conferencing Team – Carnegie Conference Centre

£24,479 per annum, pro-rata - £13.45 per hour

Temporary until 30 June 2026

Hours will vary depending on service requirements but will be a minimum of 10 hours over the contract period

Anticipated Start Date is as soon as possible.

The Carnegie Conference Centre (CCC) is part of and situated within the Fife College building located at the Dunfermline Learning Campus. It is a dedicated conference and training centre which provides high quality space for businesses to host their training, meetings, conferences and exhibitions. The centre has 9 meeting and conference rooms, and use of College space which cater for events from 2 up to 300 people.

Our restaurant and bar business covers 7 days a week, although the majority of daily business is catered for throughout the day we are also regularly catering for social and corporate events in the evenings and weekends.

As part of the Conferencing team you will meet and make restaurant guests feel exceptionally welcome, take them to their tables, and advise them of the menu method of service and be attentive to customers at all times.

You must be willing to undertake bar staff training in line with the Licensing Scotland Act 2005.

Being a team player and flexible is essential in this role as well as being impeccably near and tidy in appearance.

This role will require evening and weekend work.
