School College Partnership Assistant (First Chances Fife)

You will provide support and guidance throughout the learner’s journey on the FCF project from the initial Induction in P7 through to senior phase and progression on to college and or university. This post is a key contact between Fife College, University of St Andrews and Fife Schools.
The post holder will work within the appropriate legislative and policy frameworks.
Establishing and maintaining regular links with: industrial partners, schools, funding partners and local delivery partners including University of St Andrews is vital to this role.
You must be educated to HNC or equivalent (SCQF Level 7) in a relevant field and you have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Essential is an understanding of and experience of working with school age learners as well as having experience of effective delivery of training/learning to groups of people.
