The School of Computing, Engineering and Built Environment is seeking to recruit a Graduate Apprenticeship Lecturer in Civil Engineering to a full time/fixed term four year post. The successful candidate will have industry experience and contribute to new work based programme delivery models and industry/professional engagement.
The School has Environment-based programmes at Undergraduate and Postgraduate level, including Environmental Civil Engineering. The successful candidate will be expected to make a significant contribution to the teaching of the Department, in particular the Graduate Apprenticeship Programme.
The successful candidate must have a relevant professional qualification in addition to industry experience. Excellent communication skills, evidence of the ability to develop teaching materials and professional or academic networks are further requirements for this role.
