The Department of Nursing and Community Health offers a range of undergraduate, postgraduate and CPD programmes and modules in nursing and public health and has a strong applied health focus to our research activity, as well as educational evaluation research. We are currently seeking to recruit Lecturers in Nursing (Adult Field) who will be a Registered Nurse (with the NMC – Adult Field), with sound academic / clinical experience and who have the skills and knowledge to effectively engage with our academic programmes. To apply for this post you should be educated with master degree level and preferably with a teaching qualification. You should have experience of involvement with nurse education from either an academic or clinical perspective.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to teaching and learning in Higher Education, work independently and as a member of a team for the enhancement of the student experience.
