SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR
PERMANENT – 35 HOURS PER WEEK
The College is seeking to appoint a Senior Human Resources Advisor to support the Head of Human Resources to provide an efficient and professional operational HR service.
This role provides scope to make a significant difference to the way we empower our managers and support our employees through our comprehensive and professional HR service. As well as having line management responsibilities for the HR team, you will be involved in creating a culture of continuous improvement and development of policies, systems and practices.
The successful person must be an experienced HR professional, confident in providing advice and guidance to all levels of the organisation on employment related matters and have experience of working in a unionised environment. Must have a current CIPD qualification, have experience of managing an HR team as well as having excellent communication and organisational skills.

Salary: £37,505.00 per annum
Location: Cardonald – this post requires the role holder to work and travel within all Glasgow Clyde campuses
