We are looking to recruit a suitable candidate for the post of Assistant Science Technician for 2.5 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday and 0.5 on Friday) on a temporary basis starting immediately until the 31st March 2022, working during term times only.

Applicants should have a good level of physical fitness, be flexible and hard working and enjoy collaborating with others. Knowledge of working in a school and/or knowledge of science would be beneficial is not necessary. A willingness to learn is essential and any training needs will be met for the suitable candidate.

The successful candidate will assist the Science Technicians in tidying and maintaining a clean and safe working environment throughout the departments and helping with the organisation and supply of equipment for P7 Science. They will also assist in P7 Science classes.
