This is an exciting opportunity to work as key member of a small HR team providing efficient and effective comprehensive HR services to the College.
This role will ideally suit a proactive, organised and enthusiastic individual whose duties will be to undertake a broad range of HR administration tasks including preparing routine correspondence, updating the HR system, dealing with recruitment administration, preparing new start packs and maintaining employee files. You will also deal with queries from managers and staff.
You will have a minimum of 1 year’s relevant work experience with experience gained working within an HR department being desirable. You will be educated to SCQF Level 5 (Intermediate 2/Credit Standard Grade) or equivalent. Possession of the CIPD Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice is desirable.
It is essential that you have excellent interpersonal skills, can work under pressure and have an appreciation of the importance of attention to detail and confidentiality. You will have a good working knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications. Experience of working with computerised HR systems would be advantageous.
