Project Administrator

Hours: 35 Hours per week

Start Date: as soon as possible

Contract: Fixed Term until 31/07/2023

Salary: Grade 2 (£20,331 to £22,839 per annum)


Our Access, Employability and Schools Faculty requires a Project Administrator to provide efficient, high quality administrative support to West Lothian College’s Foundation Apprentice and Schools Programme. The range of duties is varied, requiring initiative, adaptability, the ability to work under pressure, team working and good communication skills.


You will possess a range of administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills. Experience of computer packages including Microsoft office is essential. You will be required to be qualified to SCQF Level 6 in a relevant subject and be qualified in English and Maths to a minimum of SCQF Level 5. An understanding of FIPS: Funding Information and Processing System would be an advantage.


Those shortlisted may be required to undertake a work-related assessed task as part of the selection process.
