ABOUT THE JOB

To lead and manage the Health & Wellbeing function, providing direction and developing HR strategies which deliver an efficient and effective Health and Wellbeing service to the SPA and Police Scotland.

To be accountable for the development and implementation of Health and Wellbeing policies, procedures and service provision ensuring organisational adherence to legal obligations.


ABOUT YOU

You will be educated to a Degree qualification, preferably to Masters Level.

Experience of managing health and wellbeing delivery.

Significant experience in the development and implementation of health wellbeing service delivery, policies and processes.

Up to date knowledge of developments in health and wellbeing best practice and associated legislation.

Excellent interpersonal skills/presentation skills.

Flexibility to travel to other site locations to support Force management.

This full time post is permanent, based in Dalmarnock, Glasgow, and will require Standard Recruitment Vetting. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 0900 – 1700.
